Radial LoS Map
Draws a radial propagation plot showing what a defined point could theoretically see using line-of-sight analysis. Optionally applies a path loss equation to factor in signal attenuation over distance. Highly configurable — adjust transmitter height, frequency, power, and beam parameters to model real-world scenarios.
Multi LoS Map
Run multiple radial line-of-sight plots simultaneously on the same map. Compare propagation from several points or mast locations at once — useful for network planning, site selection, and shared infrastructure assessments.
LoS Infrastructure Map
Takes a defined point and calculates which masts in the surrounding area have theoretical line-of-sight to that location. Useful for identifying which existing infrastructure could serve a target point, or assessing backhaul and connectivity options from a proposed site.
Matrix Coverage Map
Our primary signal coverage map. A live-updating matrix grid of dots across the UK, each coloured by real-world signal strength — green (excellent) through yellow and orange to red (poor), with black indicating a not-spot. Select any of the four operators (EE, O2, Three, Vodafone) and network generation (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, including 5G where data is available). Use the fallback mode to show the best available generation at each point — dots are labelled with the generation actually providing coverage, so you can see exactly where 4G drops to 3G.
Open mapSignal Forecast Map
A computed coverage map that calculates signal predictions on the fly. For each dot in the visible grid, the system identifies nearby masts, checks line-of-sight, and applies a path loss calculation to derive an estimated dBm value at that point. Click any dot to see which mast serves it, or click a mast to see its assigned coverage area. Best used for detailed site-level analysis.
Best Network Operator
A mode of the coverage map that highlights the operator with the strongest signal at each point rather than showing a single operator. Gives an instant answer to "which network performs best here?" — useful for site assessments and device procurement decisions. Most accurate where all four operators have been surveyed via the Mastdata app.

Find any UK mobile base station by site reference, postcode, town, lat/lng, or LAC/CID. View full site details including operator, AMSL/AGL height, and site name, and jump straight to a map view of the result. The starting point for most desktop survey preparation.
Offered Sites
A listing of sites available for new installations or co-location, and existing sites with upgrade potential. Landowners and site managers can register available locations; operators and contractors can browse and make enquiries.
UPRN Heat Map
A heat map using the Mastdata matrix grid, with each dot coloured by the number of Unique Property Reference Numbers (UPRNs) nearby. Useful for coverage obligation assessments, deployment prioritisation, and planning justification.
Planning Application Records
Search the archive of UK telecoms-related planning applications. See what applications have been submitted in a given area, view planning drawings, correspondence, and determination outcomes where available. Useful for pre-application research and understanding the approval history for a location or operator.
Data API Access
Direct API access to Mastdata's core datasets — mast locations, planning application records, coverage map data, and radial analysis. Currently available to clients on a bespoke basis. Android App
The Mastdata app lets field surveyors capture real-world signal strength data, access mast maps and coverage on the go, and get driving directions to sites.
